Report an incident of fraud or unethical business practice
Ethics@MyBucks, is the MyBucks Group’s confidential reporting service. The service is available to employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders of MyBucks and its subsidiaries.
Ethics at MyBucks
A channel for reporting concerning business or individual behaviour. This can include contraventions of MyBucks’ policies and procedures, human rights, safety, environmental, financial reporting, fraud or business integrity issues in general.
We are committed to a culture of transparency and encourage employees, contractors and other stakeholders to speak up about their issues and concerns, either through management, human resources or through Ethics@MyBucks.
Please report all concerns.
All reports will be taken seriously and validated to ensure that:
- Integrity is maintained
- MyBucks remains sustainable
- MyBucks further grows a trusted and respected reputation
Please report any of the following types of incidents
Unfair treatment of employees
The unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex
Peers or superiors that use superior strength or influence to intimidate someone, typically to force them to do something
To subject another to hostile or prejudicial remarks or actions; pressure or intimidate
Unethical business practices
The use of dishonest methods to cheat another person of something valuable; an act of deceiving; a person who pretends to be what he or she is not; impersonation
Irregular or wrong accounting or audit practices
Practise that does not conform to the normal laws, practises and rules of the accounting or auditing profession, having the deliberate intent to deceive or defraud
The trading of a public company’s shares/stock or other securities (such as bonds or stock options) by individuals (employees or other related persons) with access to non-public information about the company
Conflicts of interest
A situation in which a person is in a position to derive personal benefit from actions or decisions made in their official capacity
Non-compliance to policies, procedures and legislation
Failure to follow an official rule, policy or procedure of MyBucks or any of its subsidiaries, or to obey a law or regulation applicable to the specific country
Practices, within the organisation or by individuals, that limit or prevent competition
The offering, giving, receiving, or asking of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty
A form of dishonest or unethical conduct by a person entrusted with a position of authority, often to acquire personal benefit. Corruption may include many activities including bribery and embezzlement, though it may also involve practices that are legal in many countries
Any other practices that may harm the organisation, its employees or any other stakeholders
